bill. They are unauthorized charges that are usually labeled as long
distance calls.

companies, make sure that they provide PINs so that by making any
calls for an 800 or 888 number you are entitled to security
devices.

Realize that if the telephone company removes a charge for an
800 or 888-number call, the entertainment or information service
provider may try to pursue the charge through a collection agency.
If this happens, you may have additional rights under the Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act.

are toll free numbers, they could be the area code for the Dominican
